Making and caring for it

The steel is cut from hot-rolled stock, then set on a piece of reclaimed wood left over from our other wood products. Grain, knots, and color differ from board to board, so yours will be its own one-off. Indoor use only. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth and handle the steel with clean, dry hands to avoid marks from lotion or oils.
