Cross Country Skier Metal Wall Art on Reclaimed Wood, XC Ski Gift, Cabin Decor

A cross country ski sign for the Nordic skier in your life: a cross country skier laser cut from steel and mounted on reclaimed wood.

Good for a ski cabin or mudroom, or as a winter birthday or Christmas gift for someone who loves Nordic skiing. The cross country ski sign is small, so it is easy to find a spot for it.

At a glance

• Size: 5.5 in wide x 5.5 in tall x about 1 in deep (14 x 14 x 2.5 cm)
• Materials: hot-rolled American-made steel and reclaimed wood
• Wood colors: Natural Plain Wood, White, Sunset, Sunny Days, Glacier Water, Sunrise
• Hanging: a D-ring on the back
• Made: handmade to order in Montana

Each piece starts as a sheet of hot-rolled American steel that we laser cut to this design. We then mount it on reclaimed wood, left over from our other wood products, so the wood color shows through the cutout. Grain, knots, and shade change from board to board, so no two signs match exactly.

Care: This sign is made for indoors. A soft, dry cloth is all it needs; clean, dry hands are best when handling the steel, because oils and lotion can leave marks.

Pairs well with: If you like this one, Mountains and Pine Trees Metal Wall Art on Reclaimed Wood is a good companion piece. See more at ski and snowboard decor.
